Urban Trails - Update PW_ADMIN.signs layer for the Urban Trails Maintenance Map #12906

Describe the problem.

I'd like assistance with updating the PW_ADMIN.signs layer for the Urban Trails Maintenance Map.

I’m hoping a quick, first task would be to schedule the PW_ADMIN.signs layer to automatically publish on the same schedule as the urban trail network MAINT data (PW_ADMIN.urban_trail_network). I made some updates in June to add new signs along Northern Walnut Creek Trail, and the data just needs to be pushed from MAINT to DM and AGOL.

Some of these other requests (see email attachment) might need some conversation back and forth to determine what might work best as a solution given your GIS expertise (e.g., domains for STYLE, changes to the schema).

How soon do you need this?

Flexible — An extended timeline is OK

Is there anything else we should know?

The timeline for most of these changes is flexible but would be nice to make some progress in the next couple of months. We use these layers for inventorying existing Urban Trails assets and coordination with our maintenance teams for what they need to maintain. I met with Bryan Thompson in late April, but he hasn't been responsive to my email follow-ups for the last few weeks, so I'm guessing his team doesn't have the capacity with the reorg.

Signs that were added to the data in Maint has been pushed to AGOL
