Schedule a meeting with Brittany and Jeannette to ask about:

adding myself and @dianamartin as owners as the previous admins no longer share a department with the TPW groups originating from Public Works
Teams groups and sites from legacy PW side
- do they have a list or policy in place?
- do any groups use Teams-generated sites as their main SP presence?

This was never really started. PWD did not have log of their own on this.
I managed to get a global list from CTM (every Teams in the city).
Marked up Legacy ATD Teams in that list with @dianamartin.
Sent the list to Jeannette to highlight any legacy PWD Teams she'd know of.
The list came back with hundreds of Teams highlighted; document here.
Sorting through the list would take days and DTS has not had the time or a process for contacting and mapping all Teams owners so this has been a backburner item. The highlights also include Teams that are clearly not legacy PWD but perhaps they had a PWD members and were highlighted for that reason.
Can we icebox or at least backlog it? I think we might also revisit the idea that DTS SPOCs are owners on all Teams if we have several hundred more from the list.
