Add Intersections and Street Segments to VZA AGOL feature set

• 1 polyline for each Knack feature
• Clean-up naming consistency:
  • Include street suffix as standard abbreviation, e.g. Rundberg and Aberdeen --> Rundberg Ln and Aberdeen Rd
  • Include full school name minus "School", e.g. Allison --> Allison Elementary
