Explore design possibilities for Dash data dashboards #13064

Description

We're in the early stages of building a new product, Dash, and we need a visual to help communicate the concept to TPW's executive team.

Objective

The vision of Dash is to centralize the department's data and reporting in one place so that we can track, compare, analyze, and adjust our work toward important goals. The dashboards will be a visual representation of the overall health of the department, highlighting key metrics and offering a standardized format to represent various data across work groups.

At the department level, it needs to focus on/include:

The audience for the dashboard includes many people, from TPW staff, managers, and executives to city council members, Austin residents, and anyone who wants to see what TPW is working on.

Closing this since it was initially written for Madison at the end of her fellowship - and now there's a similar issue #14021 and will be tracked there moving forward. Some of the ideas in this issue were also transferred to the Dash miro board.
