Shared mobility dashboard missing data for January 2020 #1333

Describe the problem.

Shared mobility (dockless mobility) dashboard does not have current data for January 2020. It looks like the last day it updated was Jan. 18. The number of trips is less than half of what Ride Report is showing. We'd like to have current data in preparation of the per trip fee implementation.

Is there anything else we should know?

Y'all are very great at what you do! Thanks for helping us however you can.

This is done, the ETL is now feeding data live to the production dataset. Tyler will be creating a PR to remove the Under Construction message.
