Service Request: Add Users To the ATD GIS User List #13427

Describe the problem.

Would like to add Tomci A, Jessica D, and Cary C. to ATD GIS user list so they have access to the same GIS resources that I do. Thanks!

8/18 - Responded to Requestor with Update below Tomci A.: Now has access to the same ATD owned GIS groups as your account.

Jessica D.: Now has access to the same ATD owned GIS groups as your account, with the exception of the ATD_StoryMaps_Input_Collaboration group. This is due to Jessica only having viewer privledges in AGOL. I will submit a CTM request to get Jessica’s privileges elevated so she can be added to that collaboration group.

Cary C.: I do not see that Cary has an AGOL account created within the COA ArcGIS Online Organization. Can you please have Cary follow the documentation through the link below to generate an AGOL account within the COA organization. Once that is completed, please let me know and I can add Cary to the requested groups.

Jessica D has now had privledges upgrade and was added to the ATD_StoryMaps_Input_Collaboration group
