Since May 2023, we've been getting an increased number of bug issues sent to us from AMD about issues with the 311<>Data Tracker interface. The issues are typically about the interface running very slow and SRs taking longer to get to Knack. This epic is to track the issues that come through.
Additional context
We still aren't sure what's causing the issues with the interface, but have been checking the interface on our side and reporting these issues to 311.
Diana has heard from Dipa that the 311 <> Maximo interface is also having issues. Wondering if this could be related to what we're experiencing with the 311 <> Data Tracker interface
Spoke to Patrick W from 311 via Teams and asked him if other interfaces were having similar issues. He said that over the past few months, interfaces across the City have been having issues with the ESB between 311 and multiple interfaces. They haven't identified the root cause of the issue, but typically they have to reach out to Robert & his team to resolve these issues.
Hoping that the upgraded ESB that Robert and his team have been working on will resolve these issues.
When we hear from stakeholders that the 311 <> Knack interface is running slow/not working, Patrick asks that we let him know and provide an example CSR number (John has already been doing this).
