We want to update the Signs and Markings tablet for smoother process of deploying/managing tablets. Thinking of:

• Initial tablet information maintained by DTS (COA Tag, SN, IMEI, etc.)
• Tablet issuing maintained by stakeholder (AMD/SMD, etc.)
