Move Traffic Control Plan files process from G drive to Knack/Sharepoint/repository solution #13837

Describe the problem.

ROW TCP Review group wants to move Traffic Control Plan files away from the G drive and into Knack/SharePoint/another repository solution.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

A more user friendly and capable system will be in place for TCP staff to maintain current TCP documents and historical/retained documents.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

Saving Outlook backups from TCPReview resource account inbox into G drive.

Is there anything else we should know?

During or after the addition of TCP Resubmittal functionality in Knack.

Update: This need may be covered in the OPM initiative to create a one-stop-shop SharePoint for all ROW workgroups to house their policies, procedures, and important documents.
