This issue is to document the progress of testing with the vendor, InterPro, and CTM on testing items requested for SBO EzMaxMobile.

From CTM: • Ronnie was able to get latitude/longitude values on the SBO layers in Maximo Test. Mike was going to start with Traffic Calming Devices and update the mapping and sync the new data into Maximo. He will continue to work through the layers 1 by 1. We hope to have you all test the map out in mobile sometime next week.

Submitted request via vendor's AirTable requesting WONUM to be displayed in app's Log Note

Testing passed in Test, WONUM displayed in Log Note screen

January 8 testing completed, work log is automated when specific log types are selected. WONUM is displayed under work log tab in mobile app.

Townview: Overall positive towards the application. 2 users notified of issues occurring with application, but issues may stem from device they are using as they seem to be localized with no others reporting of similar issues. Requests:

Implement job plans (Will instruct and advise)
Moving of actuals section above the plans sections for ease of use.

Kramer: Overall positive and no negative points or requests. Only 1 user present to provide feedback, and user only uses for adding attachments. Other staff on location requested assistance with downloading the application and set up, so future feedback may become available from new users.

Forestry: Overall positive and no negative points or requests.

Complete and Labor is showing on top of planned a labor

Multi- Select on Labor Plans

Working as users can select from list, but cannot adjust details once selected as they become greyed out.
Error occurs when a tool has been selected
