Updated the following fields on Contractor WO Reference ID: 1393, 1405, AND 1456 to push the work order back into the ISSUED status

• Work Order Status = ISSUED
• Contractor Signature is blank
• Contractor Submitted Date is blank
• Contractor Submitted By is blank
• ATD Owners Representative Signature is blank
• ATD Approved Date is blank
• ATD Owner Rep Name is blank

Confirmed on the front end that all work orders are now in the ISSUED status.

Let Kati know that these work orders have been rolled back into the issued status.
