I wonder if this could be a really short tutorial or video that gets sent out instead of waiting for syncs with every user group per app.

The revised plan for this for the new year is to create a short Demo video and send in an email. We could also pair this with the Knack Directory issue once it is ready #15285

Team, lets revisit this after updates to our Service Request form and we have some time to possibly create a video.
