Tech Debt on AMANDA Valid Fees for Neighborhood Traffic Analysis

There are three fees being maintained in AMANDA for Neighborhood Traffic Analysis. Ideally we should only have one valid fee for this.

We need data to determine which fee is being used, and which of the 2 we can inactivate.

For each fee we need to know each time it's been inserted/billed/paid since 10/1/2022.

50191 - This Fees is used in folders SP, ZC & TIA (Latest TIA folder found in 2023-10-12)
50376 - This Fees is used in folders SP (Latest SP folder found in 2023-11-22)
51940 - This Fees is used in folders ZC,NP,SP & TIA folders (Last ZC folder found in 2020-01-03)

In 2022 Fee Updates, we did this amount update 51940 - Neighboorhood Traffic Analysis (NTA) Cost of Service $2,110.00 $3,160.00

In 2023 Fee Updates, I did the expiry date update for 51940 /50191 and I could not find 50376 fee code in lookup table Please let me know your thoughts and what I should be doing next.

Hi @Sreelatha-BlazeKannan thank you for your analysis. I think that is all that is needed for now. @Nadin-Nader i'm going to move this to Needs Scoping while I think about this, or maybe discuss during a future planning session.

I'm still not sure how to move forward with this. We're wondering how fee code 50376 was used in 2023 when the expiration date wasn't updated. TBD at a later date.

TDS is good with consolidating down to one fee and inactivating the other, as per my suggestion.
