I exported a list from the HR Knack application of all the employees within the Street and Bridge Divisions (District Maintenance, Pavement Operations, Utilities & Structures, and Urban Forestry). I sent the excel document to Reiner and Ryan H and let them know:
I exported this list that we cleaned up from the Banners system for y'alls distribution list and have 2 tabs, one for all SBO staff and one for just managers/supervisors. Feel free to review and update the list and once we can confirm that it's mostly accurate, I'll submit a request to create the distribution lists!
Reiner let me know that Ryan will review and clean up the list!

Copy and pasting previous emails or meeting invites that are "close." Manually adding or subtracting staff as they change
