New ROW Report: Public Projects with Multiple Deficiencies (LP) - (LP to Review)

Acceptance Criteria

• The following AC pertain to creating a new custom report for the ROW team
• Folders from which report will pull data: RW, EX, DS, PSM
• Report Data Condition: The Report should only pull data from folders where the folder info Project Sponsor has one of the following options selected AND where Traffic Control Inspection (50685) process has 3 or more 'Deficiencies' attempts (Sponsor list provided at the end of Acceptance Criteria)
• Report Format : PDF
• Report Sort: Folder Type, Project Sponsor, Number of deficiency attempts in folder (Descending - highest first)
• Report Columns: Folder type, subtype, work type, Folder Name, Row ID, Reference #, In Date, Primary Property Address, Project Sponsor, Right-of-Way Contractor, Number of Deficiencies Attempts.
• Report Parameter: Date Range (Attempt Date of Last Deficiencies attempt in Traffic Control Inspection Process).

Describe the problem.

The ROW division manager would like a new AMANDA report that compiles all of the RW, EX, DS, and PSM folders submitted as Public Projects or CIPs that have at least three attempt results of "Deficiencies" in the Traffic Control Inspection (50685) process.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

ROW will be able to better monitor and track public projects that have repeat deficiencies.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

The report's parameters can be based on the date of the most recent Attempt Result of "Deficiencies" (not by Folder Status). Allow the user to select a date range.

We looked at Priya's sample reports today. @KyleErich will speak to Ryan and confirm these items:

• Should output be PDF report or just data?
• Should the ROW Contractor be included?

• PDF is okay, since it's not an exceptionally long list to peruse. Doesn't need to be an Excel file.
• Yes, it would be great if we can include the associated Right of Way Contractor people type for all of these permits.

Also, could you attach the two demo examples to this card so I can present to the division manager? I'm leaning towards the first one shown but also want to solicit his feedback.

@Lpriya-LIT Let's go with the first option. As mentioned in my last post, let's add a column titled Right-of-Way Contractor and include the associated ROW Contractor people record for all these permits. AC has been updated to include this column. Thanks.

If we need a title for the report, it can be called Public Projects with Multiple Deficiencies.

I queried a large date range on this new report, and it indicates "No Data Found", so perhaps it isn't pulling data correctly? Although I suppose it's possible that on AMANDA Test there just happen to not be any examples of cases where there's 3+ deficiencies attempts.

Update - The report is fetching data in Crystal report tool but there is no data in Amanda . Looks like there is some issue with the date format . Trying to fix the issue

This needs to go back on deck for Priya to find the root cause of the report not pulling in data, even though the crystal report is working.
