Onboard OCE-KNACK as a new DTS product

We are building a new KNACK app for OCE. We need to do all related 'New Product' type tasks.

Tasks:

• [x] Create Github product label. Add the label to existing issues.
• [ ] Create Github product index

Would it make sense to name it "OCE Portal" to keep with the convention of (most of) our other Knack apps?
