Clarification on what Work Log Type to use for Tree CSRs #14274

10/13 Spoke with Jonathan Garcia, SBODISTC, who requested clarification on which work log type to select to close SR. Was given a list by Maximo team to resolve work orders but selection leaves WOs open (REF_COORDINATOR). I advised that I would follow up with UFG as part of their Business Process, they request to review any Tree CSRs that District Maintenance responds to. Currently, SBODIST updates the Specs' Flex Field 2 row with FORESTRY and with the work log REF_COORDINATOR. I advised that SBODIST will need to use IANAW - Issue Abated or FUTMAINPLAN - Future Maintenance Planned (both CLOSE SR) to 1) close the SR for SBODIST, 2) still allows for UFG to respond.

10/13 Comment received from UFG:

I think future maintenance planned is fine for the majority of what they send to that flex field 2 to notify us about. Mostly issues they are able to clear or secure and have us follow up on.

I would encourage IANAW – issue abated for issues they are confident are private and up to the homeowner.
