She replied

? The request is asking if there will be training. 2011 and earlier outlook, excel, and other training was provided by CTM. One or more employees asked me about this.

I said

Our division, Data and Technology Services doesn't provide annual trainings on Microsoft Office 365 products. We can assist with getting web links for your work staff if they need to get training on certain products. You can also submit a CTM ServiceNow ticket to ask if CTM still provides Microsoft Office 365 trainings as well.

She said
