~Date TBD, but we're hoping to present a post-Access-migration Moped update at the TPW Executive Team meeting in November or December. A PowerBI dashboard of project data (along with EAZs, sidewalks, demographic data?) would be very compelling.~

I am v excited about Moped + PowerBI, but imo this should take second priority to an AGOL viewer since we already have an integration established plus a clear use case. See also https://github.com/cityofaustin/atd-data-tech/issues/14453.

Since this would be work for @Charlie-Henry and/or @susannegov, it can be done in parallel with #14453, they're not vying for priority.

ArcGIS StoryMaps does have an embed option. Do we have a PowerBI workspace that can publish public datasets/reports externally without sign-in?
