Describe the problem.

The following enhancements are desired as they relate to DS permits in AMANDA:

1. Customer's payment of sidewalk fee in-lieu should automatically change the Sidewalk Inspection to "No" on associated BP folder.

2. Add an Info field to the PR or BP folder's Info tab in which an AMANDA user can specify the number of driveways needed, and have AMANDA generate this number of DS permit shells as child folders of the associated BP.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

Customer frustration surrounding driveways and sidewalks associated with building permits will be reduced, and manual action from staff will also be reduced.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

• This will need to be turned into a project index due to the size of the deliverables.
• Meeting scheduled for 3/26 with team to convert this to a project index and identify the desired outcomes.
