Update Traffic Signal Evaluations Dashboard to show Signal Requests instead of Signal Studies

Background Details

• Problem: Map only brings in signal studies and it brings in the location status. AMD's process has changed and this means that not all the signal requests have signal studies

ACTION ITEMS:

• AMD would like to update the Traffic signal evaluations dashboard from showing Signal Studies -> Showing Signal Requests
  • Will need to bring this to a Dev + Product sync to scope this out

• Signal Evaluations code - actually showing Signal Studies

• Current Socrata dataset - Signal Studies - shows signal studies

  • Signal Study Statuses show in dashboard:
  • These statuses come from a field called Location Status Simple in the locations object

• Requested Socrata dataset - Signal Requests

  • Signal Request Statuses:

• [ ] Need to add the Location Status Simple from the locations object to the API view / Signal Requests Socrata Dataset so the dashboard can still pull these statuses before Chia can try replacing the source data.

Looking into how the Traffic and Pedestrian Signal Requests dataset is updated, there's a note here that "socrata publishing is currently disabled because the data has extra ranking columns".

We will need to reenable it for this request!
