Maximo team and CTM are working together to test automation in Maximo

November 7th Meeting Met with CTM and Vendor to discuss any other processes to test automation on. Maximo team provided link to EzMaxMobile Resource page that includes videos and QRG of the app itself so they can test automation. CTM and the Vendor will reach back out for any questions they may have.

February 2, 2024 Maximo Software Development Process

Chris Tucker (Vendor) will be driving the project but will have a call to action from Maximo stakeholders to implement a more coherent application lifecycle management.

• Five stages:
  • Requirements - expected behavior of the system or new features are documents
  • Development - changes to the code or application are made
  • Testing
  • Deployment
  • Maintenance
