Add Land Development Engineering Review Distribution to UC (SS) PENDING GROUP UAT

Acceptance Criteria

The AC provided below applies to UC folders
Two folder infos need to be added to the UC folders. These infos already exist on the SP Folder. The info fields are below.
1. Land Development Engineering Review? (51982)
2. Land Development Engineering Reviewer (51983)
Selecting Yes to Land Development Engineering Review? info field should insert process Land Development Engineering (51212) into the UC folders as part of the Review Processes.
The Land Development Engineering Reviewer info field should have a default value of Land Development Engineering (as mentioned by Tracy in #14028 )
The Land Development Engineering Process should have assigned user as Land Development Engineering User
The Process End Date should be the same as the other UC Review Processes (based on AULCC Meeting Date info field)
System should also insert Land Development Engineering Comment Doc (10074) into the documents tab of the UC folder
Comments made in the process attempts should populate the corresponding Land Development Engineering Merge document.
Comments made in the Land Development Engineering merge document needs to update the UC Master Comment Document.

Changes to Land Development Engineering (51212) Process (functionality to align with changes made in #11725)

When the user makes attempt Review Comment, system must throw a hard stop error message "Review Comment attempt cannot be made in this process"
Add a new attempt: Attempt Description: Approved with Conditions Attempt post-events: Change process status to Approved with Conditions, Insert Ended Date

UAT Notes

DTS will schedule a testing session w/ ROW and LDE
- Kathy is LDE's SPOC for testing

Describe the problem.

On the UC folder in AMANDA, we need to add an Info field for TPW Land Management Review (titled "TPW Land Management Review?" and "TPW Land Management Reviewer"). The associated Folder Process can be "Land Management Review". The default Assigned User can be ABC Land Management.

Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.

Land Management staff will be able to conduct their reviews and provide approvals/rejections within the UC folder in AMANDA.

Describe any workarounds you currently have in place or alternative solutions you've considered.

Having Land Management review separately on an as-needed basis.

System should insert correct folder comment doc Land Development Engineering
System should merge the LDE comments into the Master Comment Report

@Vaishnav1397 this is ready for you to write the AC. In my notes above I didn't include the triggers for inserting the folder process, however I assume the triggers are all in the new UC distribution process attempts. If we can have this ready to go On-Deck by 3/27 that would be great. Thank you!

Land Development Engineering Process does not currently have Approved with conditions attempt. List of attempts are shown below. Is it okay to make changes in this process?

@vschandramouli please be sure Approved with Conditions attempt is added, and Review Comment is not allowed to save on UC. Pepper also says the process attempt comment should populate on the corresponding review doc.

@Nadin-Nader As per the AC, I think it might be a good idea to get a joint UAT meeting scheduled that includes me, Jaclyn L, and Kathy U in the next week or two. You could include anyone you want from the DTS side too.
