[URGENT] Fix issues uploading photos on contractor inspections Survey123 #14656

Describe the problem.

We spoke with David G. regarding our contractors (Unity) having issues with uploading photos on our photo map and was instructed to submit a ticket. We now have 2 contractors experiencing issues.

How soon do you need this?

Urgently — Critical that this is addressed today

Is there anything else we should know?

As soon as possible, we have been experiencing issues for quiet some time which has stopped or backed up a lot of our processes for checking contractor work.
