Land Management:

• Number of open reviews each month in FY23 for Easement Releases, License Agreements, Encroachment Agreements, ROW vacations
• Number reviewed in FY23 and average number reviewed per year based on last 5 years
  • Q: Is this counting License Agreement applications (LM folders), or Transportation Engineering Review (during site plan), or both?
  • I can provide data that can be analyzed to formulate the number of open reviews per month; OPM will need to work with data science to determine how they want to calculate which reviews were open each month.

Transportation Development Services:

• Street Impact Fee assessments (building permits) completed since started collecting data (June or July 2022?) for FY22 & FY23

I created DTS ticket #14730 to track this request for data. I'll be able to provide the SIF data in the spreadsheet easily as that data is already being reported on elsewhere.

For the land management data, I have one question and a comment: Q: Is this counting License Agreement applications (LM folders), or Transportation Engineering Review (during site plan), or both? I can provide data that can be analyzed to formulate the number of open reviews per month; OPM will need to determine how you want to calculate which reviews were open each month.
