Did initial walk through with contractor and waiting to hear back from them
Waiting on part to arrive
Hey Matt, Its this piece ULXD4 - Digital Wireless Receiver - Shure USA You will not see it on the BOM or Proposal as it was missed by our team way back in the bidding process. As we started to ramp up for installation and prepping the gear for the rack, we noticed we missed it. I was able to get approval from management to eat the cost… so we are just waiting on it to show up, but tracking hasn’t populated for it yet.

What's the problem?
Matt,
I wanted to address a recent oversight on my part regarding the project updates. It appears that I have been updating my notes primarily in the weekly program report rather than utilizing this communication thread. Additionally, with the recent holiday season and my time off, your previous email got inadvertently buried in my inbox. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I wanted to provide you with an update on our progress. We have been staging the necessary equipment in our office and are now at the final steps of preparation for installation.
I am reaching out to see if it would be feasible to have one of our lead technicians conduct a site walkthrough on Monday, December 4th. We just had an unexpected opening on our schedule, and this particular tech is who I would want to check out the site. The purpose of this visit would be to perform a comprehensive audit of the room, assess any specific requirements for backing and data, and review the list of equipment we are supplying in comparison to the owner-furnished equipment (OFE).
As this project transitioned from John to your oversight, and also from a previous employee to me, it is crucial for us to ensure that all aspects are aligned for a smooth installation process.
I understand that this is relatively short notice, and I genuinely appreciate your flexibility and understanding in accommodating this request. Your assistance in coordinating this site visit on Monday, December 4th, would be immensely valuable to the success of the project.
Thank you for your time and consideration. Please let me know if this proposed date is feasible or if an alternative time would be more suitable.
What did you do to resolve the issue
Set up meeting on Monday to do a walkthrough
