Notes from AMD Sprint Review 12/12:

BC asked if they could utilize Requester information to track how many times someone has reported the same item.
Could be a Pivot table of the customer and frequency. When you click on Pivot table, it could open up the individual issue.
- Brian's vision is when they opened an SR, there would be a flag in the Details page that a Requester has submitted an issue at this signal location before.
Thought is to add a new menu button for Repeat Requesters.
