BC asked if they could utilize Requester information to track how many times someone has reported the same item.
Could be a Pivot table of the customer and frequency. When you click on Pivot table, it could open up the individual issue.
Brian's vision is when they opened an SR, there would be a flag in the Details page that a Requester has submitted an issue at this signal location before.
Thought is to add a new menu button for Repeat Requesters.
