[Enhancement] Integrate O365 profile avatars with Moped #14951

We added logging to the Cognito auth data that comes into the Editor, but I don't see any obvious token that would grant us access to the /me endpoint in the Microsoft Graph API. I suspect there is probably some way to access this, but it would require a look at our Auth code and the Azure AD configuration.

@chiaberry did you have anything to add from your Sharepoint research? I am moving this into the icebox.

nothing to add, the profile pictures are only accessible while authenticated.
