SMD Dashboard Management Transition - SMD would love to take over management of the SMD Power BI Dashboard to free up some DTS bandwidth. 1) Finalize all performance measures in the Dashboard and ensure they are automatically updating regularly 2) Fully document each dashboard element to indicate where the data is coming from and any calculations/modifications being made to the data to arrive at the performance measure

Dashboard Management Transition Check-List

• [x] Finalize all performance measures in the Dashboard and ensure they are automatically updating regularly - automatically refreshing this dashboard daily at 1am with the most recent Socrata dataset
• [x] Fully document each dashboard element to indicate where the data is coming from and any calculations/modifications being made to the data to arrive at the performance measure

Semantic Model Handover

• [x] Identify who will support this semantic model & how - Jordan will be supporting this during the transition.
  • Susanne is going to Transfer ownership
• [x] Set up version control / source control
  • Currently in TPW - Development and we don't plan to push the dashboard to Production until we have an active production workspace
• [x] Addressed best practices analyzer messages; documented ignored rules / objects
  • Will provide this documentation to Jordan during the transition

  • @susannegov will create a data dictionary for the measures

  • Will need to check Jordan's PowerBI desktop settings during the transition

Report Handover

  • Currently in TPW - Development and we don't plan to push the dashboard to Production until we have an active production workspace
  • Will keep an archive in the DTS SharePoint folder as well, but will not make edits to this version once we've transferred ownership
