FME - Socrata Writer Needs to be Update in Signs to AGOL Process #15058

Signs to AGOL process is successfully pushing data to AGOL. However, we had added a component to the process to push sign data to the open data portal. That component of the process is failing due to use of the now deprecated socrata writer, this writer will need to be updated and the workbench republished.

It appears that EDP data at the location below is where the updated process needs to write to. Feature counts should match AGOL sign dataset
