Describe the problem.

I've just gotten a new laptop, and when I try to open the Avaya Communicator on the new laptop the following message pops up, and when I follow the first option it requires Admin rights to log in. Can you help with this?

Attempted to Remote in and was unable to schedule time with user on Wednesday @800AM
