Hey Hichame & Carrie,
Appreciate you making us those CSR reports we pull daily for TPW. I noticed today that the closed date in those reports appears to be the same as the created date. Is that expected? We had a question from our department execs about the CSR backlog over time and I was trying to calculate the number of SRs we had open for a given date. We also have a Status Change Date or last updated date, maybe those would be the correct field(s) to use to know when a given CSR has been closed out?

Hello! We are requesting help with data analysis and regular reporting for 3-1-1 data, resulting from a request from ACM Robert G.
As part of this request, we would appreciate support with the data and visualizations for an initial report and a longer term dashboard. Here are the short term action items we discussed:
Data - Diana a. Ask what data they can provide for 3-1-1 data b. Ask how many CSR types (primary and secondary) we have for TPW
Visualizations (monthly - fiscal year) - Charlie a. Update visualization for count over time - 2 year average compared to current year b. Create visualization for backlog c. Update visualization for timeliness (adjust for fiscal year ?)

This project came about when ACM Goode approached our executive team and staff and asked for an analysis. He requested an analysis to discover
Background
The 311 management staff provide monthly reporting to Mayor & Council.
These reports are what spun the questions from ACM Goode.
Scope & Deliverables
We are assisting the Office of Performance Management (OPM) Division on answering these questions.

Desired Outcomes
We are hoping that providing this information the executive team and ACM Goode that will shed light on potentially why we get certain 311 requests by the community.
Timebox
The initial ask estimated a time line of end of the week (this was requested on 12/11/23). Due to holidays, I believe OPM had requested to get this completed by the end of January.
