Add the CPO's Mobility Bond Review Process to Certain Folders in AMANDA #1521

As a Corridor Program Reviewer, I need my review process (The Mobility Bond Review Process (51093)) added automatically to certain folders in AMANDA, so I can document my review.

I spoke to Greg Pepper about this today (he will be the primary SME). Prior to development we will need to confirm which folders this has already been developed for, and what still needs to be done.

Add the process at folder initiation to allow CPO to add comments as needed. Let's get some more feedback from Greg Pepper on what he hopes this will accomplish. Also limit the scope of this to RW and EX.

I hope you are all doing well. I am reaching out to you in regards to an issue that I am trying to finish out the scoping and acceptance criteria, 1521 Add CPO Review Process to Certain folders in AMANDA.

I was wondering if we could have a meeting to go over this and get the ball rolling if it is still wanted. I looked at the calendar and saw that everyone had 10am and 12pm open on Monday September 28th. Please let me know if this works for everyone. If it does not, I also see an opening on Tuesday the 29th at 11am. Please let me know what time works best for you so that we can get work started on this.

Just to keep everyone in the loop, So far i have the following as acceptance criteria and questions that need clarification:

EX- All new installations in the corridor area RW - Long term closures in the corridor area Which folder has this already been developed for or what work has already been done? Are we limiting this to only RW and EX folder? What else will this change accomplish or need to accomplish?

Process: 51093 Mobility Bond Review (insert) Needs to allow a document to be created

Mobility Review Document needs to be part of the doc merge of the UC-Master Report Document

SCP folder- as needed with the info tab y/n; What do you mean by as needed? Same as above. If the info for “Mobility Bond Review” is clicked yes on info tab, then add the review and reviewer to the process tab, reviewer task list, and the document tab and the doc mere for the Master Comment Report. LM folder - (already working w/ Andy to make this happen) Is this still being worked on with Andy? (Double check. We are getting added, but probably still automation issues and Master Comment Report Doc Merge issues. EX- All new installations in the corridor area To ROW MGMT: Manual Entry? Had scoping meeting with Greg and Izzy. Greg said that they would like AMANDA to insert the Mobility Bond Review process automatically to the EX and any RW folder with the SubType of TURP and FILM if it is chosen by the Reviewer/Permit Analyst. If selected, the Mobility Bond Process will be inserted as a Mandatory field. It will also need to be assigned to Greg Pepper and the end date should be 5 business days from when assigned. Greg also mentioned that he would also like for the Mobility Bond Review to be added automatically via GIS. He will send the Layer needed.

This is still a need; pepper says it's related to the CIP needs. Also project connect. The need is to be able to either add reviewers manually, then eventually have the system assign this based on GIS data.
