Data - Diana a. Ask what data they can provide for 3-1-1 data b. Ask how many CSR types (primary and secondary) we have for TPW

Hi Carrie, We are working on a data analysis and departmental regular reporting for 3-1-1 data request for ACM Robert G. We are interested in knowing if we can ask how many service requests fall under the TPW folder?

We have a decent idea which divisions have SRs, but not a full picture. This a list of our divisions and I’ve tagged a few that I personally know have SR types.

Carrie replied Hello Diana, I just provided Joana P. with a very detailed report, I've cc'd her as well. I don't see a category for the Child Safety Group, we have one SR for them. But I highlighted the others, you were right on 99%!

The useful tabs are:

  • TPW SUMMARY_1 – gives all the SR Types under TPW
  • STAFF_6 – gives the names of the folks that have closed CSRs out per SR Type
    • this could be helpful in identifying the normal range of the SRs as they are the front-line people that are reviewing these SRs.
  • Joana also provided a TPW 311 CSR Descriptions spreadsheet as well, I thought that would be helpful. I’ve also attached that.

I made a new spreadsheet to summarize the information we need – CSR SR Types and Power Users. See attached spreadsheet.

  • There are 48 SR Types, but there are 2 that look like a duplicate that belong to Urban Forestry. So maybe in reality we have 46.
    • PWD - Mowing Medians
    • PWD - Tree Issue Right of Way
    • ZZ - Tree Issue ROW
    • ZZ Mowing Medians
