Getting system emails daily "email Signature Required : Telework Request Form"

Describe the problem.

• The system sends me a daily email Signature Required : Telework Request Form
• When I click on the link in the email, and it sends me to a page I don't have access to.
• When I go to 'My Forms' in the HR Portal, there is a request pending supervisor signature. If this is triggering the email, it shouldn't be sending to me. It should go to my supervisor.

Is there anything else we should know?

CTM security sent me a message saying this popped up as a security concern, and they asked me to make it email stop if possible.

• [x] Messaged Tracy that I can change it to Amenity
