Incorporate data from the Travis County Medial Examiner (TCME) into the VZ platform.

This work may entail:

Creating new database table(s) and relationships
A mechanism to import this data into the DB at some frequency (either through automation or user upload)
User interface to search, view, and/or modify the records

Worked with @chiaberry to get a general sketch of the chunks needed to build out an MVP, and how TCME might connect to the current data.

1-3 - will get data into database 4 - is altering the UI and would need more scoping

Xavier and I are going to meet next week. I've sent these questions in advance:

I have seen original report you get from TCME, as well as your flattened version. How often do you receive the report from TCME? Do you email someone to ask for that as needed? Is it sent on an automated schedule?

Can you provide more detail about the kind of analysis you will use the TCME data for? Have you already conducted analyses using this data that you can share?

Is every column in the TCME data “must-have” from your perspective? Or are some of the columns potentially useful in the future, but you have no immediate plans to use them?
