We would like to create a mapping tool to help us prioritize the future location of Eco-Counters (bike/pedestrian counters). The map (similar to the one created for Living Streets) will contain both viability and prioritization requirements. I am attaching a draft of our requirements, which we can walk through in a meeting.

How soon do you need this?

Flexible — An extended timeline is OK

@andrewshensky I'll been scraping data from eco counters to the EDP. Could be useful daily totals device locations

(I haven't refreshed device locations in a while but the daily totals are scraped daily)
