Signals on flash CSRs will require flex notes which will be accomplished in this issue: https://github.com/cityofaustin/atd-data-tech/issues/15197

Completed the simple number of CSRs for transportation engineering. Turns out the council district layers in Socrata which allow for the spatial querying to work are the old 2014-era district boundaries. Karo has reached out to CTM to get those updated. We'll need this fixed in order to get the count by council district.

Moved a few of the SBO measures down to the maximo issue.

From Michael on what a CAF is:

I think it is Citizen Action Form or something like that, my understanding is that they are requests that come in from residents by council district. They may go to the council offices and then to us but I'm not 100% sure They are not as high volume as CSRs but usually treated as high priority I think

Moving to blocked as we're waiting on https://github.com/cityofaustin/atd-data-tech/issues/15197 to be completed to get flex notes for CSRs. The council district layer in socrata is also out of date 😑

@andrewshensky - have you run into this before? I couldn't even find the dataset myself but I only looked on the public site. In any case, the owner should be able to address this pretty quickly - yeah?

Karo has reached out to Marbenn (CTM) about updating those layers. We have 2 council district layers included in our "curated regions" (which allow us to query things against those polygons) that are the old council boundaries:

I think we're good to close this one out. We now have 3-1-1 data by council district on the dashboard if we need to access that.
