What's the problem?

User needs to get the software updated on the laptop and make sure it's been installed. Screen needs to setup and user needs to get connected to the device.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Have made the user to get installed the software, windows update installation, request on the access for the pending applications download. Screen settings has been changed and setup has been completed.
