IT Support: [Troubuleshooting Lab Systems] #15563

Device & User Information (first name and last initial, no last names)

Desktop/ Monitors and Multiple

What's the problem?

Lab systems cannot be able to get the user profile generated due to excess data and login que. Shows and error when logging in.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Have reached out to Matt on the issue, then tried to troubleshoot the system by doing the repair and diagnostics. Created the user profile updates, restarted the system by using function commands, then still the same issue is been persisting. Need to do a hard reboot troubleshoot.
