Preivous Process:
When MAXIMO DTS receives, send to workgroups to investigate.
Workgroups not sure how to handle, so we asked to not have them sent directly, send to DTS so vet first.
Stopped because of conflicting informaiton from 311.
Example: if pass SLA it wll show up on the report.
Carrie was sending to everyday directly, the SR. We asked not to do that because we don't work off SR numbers.
Which SLA is being used? Why is it different than overdue report...
311 did not know the SLA. They said they had to find, but has never sent.
Who owns the SLAs? Based on priority 1-5 lowest to highest
addressed within 24hrs vs other.
