Describe the problem.

ROW Knack Portal: When selecting an option from the Submitting Agency dropdown in the Traffic Control Plan Application page, we want certain options to trigger an additional Yes/No field titled "Is this project associated with a General Permit or Site Plan application reviewed through the Public Project Review unit?" Describe the outcome you'd like to see when this feature is implemented.
