We were able to get the scanners working
They want to start replacing printers. I was going to wait till the contract with Xerox goes up for bid before I started the process of replacing them. Just in case Xerox loses the contract.
I didn't want to do all the work. Just for the printer to be replaced. I am keeping the ticket open so I do not forget about the printers
Still waiting on update on bidding process for new vender
Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
the scanner option on all four printers have issues - last week Rosebug got repaired leaving Spade - Redwater, and Bishop still with issues ---- all four printers are located at St. Elmo (click edit to see location)
Soon — Within a week
the printers are used by Sealcoat team - south district - engineers - tree group - anyone housed here - to print what needs printing and scanning to forward and there lays the issue
