Device & User Information (first name and last initial, no last names)

Monitor screens & Unknown.

What's the problem?

Need to recycle all the damaged screens out.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Have grabbed all the non-working one's put it over and went to the recycle place to give the screens over to them.
