  • Erin said she they got it to work with 1:1 relationship, problem happened when it was 1 to Many. (1 SR - Many work orders)
  • Was close and ready for testing on the 11th, but still experienced problems

Additional Discussion - asking about bulk importing

• TPW Maximo team has worked with Mark on bulk importing data
  • if y'all wanted, could do more sessions
  • Maximo team should have the appropriate permissions
  • CTM Maximo said they have designed integration systems with to connect with the PMIS (Agile Assets system)
  • Back in 2018, they designed full integration in preparation for integration
  • I told Erin my last conversation with Ed it didn't seem likely they were going to pursue that bc Agile Assets development seemed to be a blocker. We can follow up with Ed again to see if any thing has changed.
  • Erin said it would be nice to have the pavement service plans automatically ingested by Maximo
  • Q: do you allow other stakeholders to have access to their REST APIs, ingest data?
  • Exonius, have access to REST API
    • using general data to query in
  • Have used ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) in the past, but also have direct connections ability
• Special Characters Issues in Work Log
  • They said they think they can disable rich text in work log
  • Erin said she found an article that says they could disable it
  • They need to test in Maximo, may it more like a notepad, not rich text

Specifications Attribute Requirement Nick has not started yet.

Work Log Auto-Fill Erin will have it ready in Test and then move to PROD.

• [x] Related SRs - Testing works with MAXIMO. ETL testing needs to happen before we see any changes in PROD. #17700

• Related 311 SRs - what is the ETA? Should we start inviting you all to meetings in regards to these issues? Not sure, they are still working with Rob. Are these going to be resolved manually or will the system update itself?
