Old Desktop' & Unknown

What's the problem?

Nedd to check the desktops, update the dell support assist, check for updates, user profiles to be removed.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Have removed the user profiles from advance settings, checked on the updates including the dell, download of support assist user and make sure to update the condition.
