2020 Spring Fest ATX Mobility Guide Web Map / App / PDF Map #1575

The PIO has requested a Web Map to replace the static map that was normally created by the Graphic Designer for this year's Spring Festival.
I will work with Tyler to create this Web Map / App, need to add requirements.

Metro Rail and Stations
Metro Rapid and Stops
Pedicab staging areas
Bicycle Route
Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail
Created, Published and added Downtown Public Restroooms

Created a Landmarks layer for the Convention Center so it's easy for users to see.
Ended up staying with Austin Bike Map feature layer for routes and trails. The urban trail data that is shared publicly is not useful.
Had to create new MetroRail layer to modify the end of the line due to construction at the convention center for the new downtown station. Added stations to this layer as the layer I copied in AGOL was requiring a token to use.
Created and published passenger dropoff/pickup zones and added to the Map.
Created Web App and shared so PIO can give feedback. We are going to use the ESRI Street Map as it's more detailed then the COA street map.

The PIO wanted to static map and was asking for a screenshot of the Web App. Since that was going to look terrible, I took some time this afternoon to create a static map that would be presentable.

Added the Smart Mobility Showcase to the Pedestrian Zone layer at PIO request.

Frances called today with a couple other people on the line to discuss the Mobility Guide. They requested the following:

Remove Pedestrian Zones and replace with Street Closures including full and partial closures.
Change Pedicab staging areas to be off-street to show they are not blocking ROW.
Move Passenger Zones to the side of the road they are actually one to show they are not blocking the ROW.

PDF map is finally complete. Will make any changes that come up for the Web App.

After SXSW was cancelled, modified App / Map to Spring Break ATX. Most events were cancelled over the weekend as gatherings are now limited to 250 people. PIO asked me to take the App down today - removed sharing to the public.
