Device & User Information (first name and last initial, no last names)

Desktop's & Multiple

What's the problem?

Need to connect the desktops to the system and the check if the profile is visible and is on the COA portal.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Need to check the desktop's if it is in a working condition. If yes to be see if the profile is accessible then, need to make the required updates and label it accordingly.
