IT Support: [Tablet Getting Freezed] #15795

What's the problem?

User mentioned " Tablet freezes after booting. It connects to the Internet however when Teams comes up the system freezes. Outlook does not respond."

What did you do to resolve the issue

Have reached out to the user and mentioned to get me back once he his back to the office location, so we can have a check on the issue.

Have reached out to the user again and had a chance to check over the issue. Need to restart the whole application and then get over to sign in, same with the outlook. Now the issue got fixed.
