IT Support: [Laptop not turning on-To Contact Dell] #15796

What's the problem?

Cannot be able to turn on the laptop and need to try different troubleshooting steps.

What did you do to resolve the issue

Have tried to turn the laptop, but unfortunately it couldn't turn on, checked the docking adapter, swapped it and tried to remove the battery, did a hard reset, still the issue comes up. Seems to be a mother board issue and contacted dell in order to get the replacement done.

Contacted dell customer support and tried troubleshooting, but it didn't work and need to order create service request. Case no;185088687

Need to swap out the mother board and technician said he would be there by afternoon.

Technician reached out and swapped out the mother board, checked and updated. The system is now working well.
